In the event of inclement weather or wet court conditions it may be necessary move PTP's Peak Performance Training Camp from Community Park to the Eve Kraft Tennis Center located at 92 Washington Road, Princeton Junction, NJ 08550. Should this be necessary, PTP staff members will transport your child to the indoor center. Signing this waiver confirms that that it is expressly understood that any person who is transported from one PTP facility to another, releases, waives claim against and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Princeton Tennis Program, its officers, board of trustees, agents and employees in connection with all risk and liability for any and all loss or damage on account of injury to the person or property of such person, except injury caused by gross negligence of the Princeton Tennis Program or other acting on its behalf. The undersigned person expressly agrees that this release, waiver and indemnity agreement is intended to be as broad and extensive as permitted by the laws of the State of New Jersey and that if any portion of the agreement is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect. Every person who signs this waiver acknowledges that he or she has read this waiver and agrees that it contains the entire understanding between him or her and the Princeton Tennis Program with regard to his or her risks.
